Worship

You are a worshiper.

Think about it. All you say, all you do, think and feel - they all point to something.

That thought alone can be a frightening one, but even in our doubts, fears, anger, and lonliness we can reach for that which is greater than us.

As we reach, we worship.

Worship is our response to who God is and what He has done in His creation and through His son Jesus Christ.

Our vision at Faith Bible Church is of a church that through its worship, affirms the glory of God, reigns with power and truth in a troubled world, and is truly able to reach out in love to those who yearn for meaning and hope.

We seek to encourage those who are hesitant, to build up those who are attempting to walk in faith, and to share this vision of the Church of Jesus Christ.

The purpose of our worship arts ministry at Faith Bible Church is to lead and enrich our worship experience together. 

We have a saying around here:  "Our worship is equally offensive to all!"  We don't intend for that statement to sound hostile or unteachable, we just want to use all means possible to praise and thank God - whether that be a 16th century prayer, an R&B praise chorus, a traditional hymn or an interpretive dance.  We consider style, volume and genre of music to be secondary issues to what is really important, the God we worship. 

“Yet a time is coming and has now come when the true worshippers will worship the Father in spirit and truth, for they are the kind of worshippers the Father seeks.” John 4:23
