Doug has served as Pastor for Christian Education and now as Associate Pastor at Faith since 1992. His primary responsibilities are overseeing various ministries for adults, including community and LIFE groups and providing leadership for our global outreach ministries. He teaches on a regular basis in several different groups and assists with administrative tasks. He is a graduate of Moody Bible Institute and Houghton College and he received his MA in Christian Education from Wheaton College. Jeff Chariker - Worship Pastor
Jeff is the husband of Samantha for 17 years and dad to Caleb and Seth, 9 year old twins. If you look closely at the picture on the right, you'll see Jeff's third grade picture that was "Photoshopped" into this flattering snapshot. That was the year Jeff apparently lost his neck. Jeff didn't rebel until he was an adult as it was then that he decided to sport long hair and a small rat on his chin. Jeff has been at Faith Bible since 1999 serving as the worship pastor. He comes from a formal music training background and has freelanced as a professional accompanist before getting a "real" job. He plays the french horn and most brass instruments but his true love is for the cowbell! "I gotta fever baby!!" He holds a Bachelor's degree in Music Education and has been working on his Master's in Theology through Trinity Theological Seminary. He hopes some day to graduate but fears the need to "grow up" when that milestone is reached. Music is his passion and he acknowledges God as the Creator of all good things - yes, even country music! Yee haw! Other than the worship of the sovereign holy God, Jeff doesn't take much seriously.

Allen Bartimioli - Youth Pastor
Because of witness protection, we were unable to post a picture of Allen (if that is his real name). However, we undestand this photo of his great grandfather Pasqually (better known as "Black Bart-imioli") serves as a vague resemblance to our Youth Pastor. Allen and his wife, Ellen have been serving in youth ministry together for more than two decades. They have three children; Anthony is 20, Nick is 16 and a Junior at Centennial High and Hope is 14 and a Sophomore at Centenial. Allen's passion for youth comes from a deep desire to see young people love God, love others and love themselves. Allen has twenty-plus years of youth ministry, including 8 years of vocational youth ministry, 6 years of public and Christian school teaching internships and a Bachelor's degree from Arizona College of the Bible. Allen loves playing sports, fly fishing and gardening. He also cherishes the support of his wife of 22 years, Ellen.
Keith Baker- Interim Director of Children's Ministry
Keith and his wife of over 9 years, Rachelle (previously mentioned above), have been members of Faith since they moved back to the Phoenix area in 2000. His daughter Kate (4) and son Ryan (2) keep his hands full and give him special insight into the children's ministry as he serves both as interim director and permanent parent. Keith graduated with a bachelor's degree in education from Point Loma Nazarene University and a master's degree in education from Northern Arizona University. He has five years teaching experience, ranging from kindergarten through eighth grade and has spent the last few years in the business world. His primary role at Faith is to oversee the ministry to all children, birth through sixth grade. He uses a hands-on approach in developing and implementing the programs and has a strong desire to know each child personally. His passion is to see all kids come to know Christ, as he also works as a volunteer leader with Young Life at Deer Valley High. His free time is spent playing with his kids, running, and playing sports and video games with high schoolers, all activities he and his wife enjoy doing together.
